The white hood is slowly slipping off the Trump presidency, revealing the ugly, leering, racist face beneath. Each passing day shows more and more of his bigoted supporters emboldened to voice their vile views publicly.
Videos are pouring in of Trump fans accosting minorities. Unsurprisingly, Trump refuses to denounce the hatred, going as far as defending Neo-Nazis in the wake of the tragic Charlottesville murder.
Now, another disgusting Trump supporter has bared their putrid soul to the world.
State Rep. Beth Fukumoto (D-HI) has taken to Twitter to share a stunningly evil letter she received from a Trump supporter. She tagged Donald Trump in the Tweet, but of course, he has decided not to respond:

The ignorant author of the letter, in addition to taking aim at numerous groups, gets a lot wrong. HuffPost reports that her grandfather was in Honolulu, and was never prisoned in an internment camp during WW2. The stupid, stupid, stupid Trump fan also fails to recognize that there is a distinction between Japanese soldiers who fought for the Empire of Japan, and Japanese-Americans who fought and died for the United States.
Fukumoto is a former Republican, who couldn’t in good conscience remain in the party after hearing Trump’s rhetoric towards marginalized minorities. She switched to become a Democrat, and now Trump’s minions are coming after her.
Fukumoto has been an outspoken advocate for exposing mistreatment of minorities. She blames Trump for the rise in overt racism.
“Here’s a letter that came directly to me from somebody who says they support Trump, listing out all these people that they hate. I think that the Republican Party, but primarily the president, is not recognizing that everything he says is being picked up and people are acting on it. Even if it’s a flippant comment or he doesn’t say enough during a press conference, whatever it is, every single one of those choices are being picked up by somebody somewhere who’s acting on it,” Fukumoto told HuffPost.
“I don’t like receiving those letters. But there are worse things happening because he’s talking the way he is,” she concluded. Now, more than ever, we need brave leaders like Fukumoto to speak out against the hatred infesting our country. Trump and his cruel, hateful fans must be shamed at every turn.
