The Arts Council That Just Disbanded Sent Trump A Hidden Message Everyone Missed

Earlier today, Washington Journal reported that President Trump’s entire Arts Council resigned with one scathing letter.

“Reproach and censure in the strongest possible terms are necessary following your support of the hate groups and terrorists who killed and injured fellow Americans in Charlottesville, their letter opens.

“The false equivalencies you push cannot stand. The Administration’s refusal to quickly and unequivocally condemn the cancer of hatred only further emboldens those who wish America ill. We cannot sit idly by, the way your West Wing advisors have, without speaking out against your words and actions.’

“Supremacy, discrimination, and vitriol are not American values,” the letter concludes.  “Your values are not American values. We must be better than this. We are better than this. If this is not clear to you, then we call on you to resign your office, too.”

While news of the mass resignation went viral, everyone missed the hidden message in the letter itself.

Vice News reported late this afternoon that they discovered that the first letters of the first words in each of the statement’s 5 paragraphs spell out “R-E-S-I-S.”  When you add the “T” in thank you, you get “Resist,” the popular rallying cry of all opposed to the Trump presidency.

Absolutely brilliant.  You can read the full letter in its original form below, or click here to read the Vice News report.
